Chris Abalain, your local organiser for the Bolton area, has been running clubs since 2007, for Le Club Français and El Club Español. He is a fluent speaker of French and also speaks some German and Dutch. Like many linguists, his aim is to give the children of Bolton and surrounding areas the chance to be passionate about languages. More and more in our evolving world, we need languages to open doors and create opportunities. Children are our future and so we must give them the chance to have this great tool.

The LCF ethos is to have fun whilst learning, and children have been doing that since 1985 all across the UK, allowing local people to run clubs and now in-school classes in schools and halls wherever there is demand.

Chris has been teaching since the beginning of 2008, in French clubs in Chorley, as well as in Bolton. He also teaches in Coppull Primary School. Chris organises all the clubs and school classes provided by LCF in Bolton and provides resources for all of our LCF teachers to use.

Chris is always looking for new schools who want clubs, and new children to join his ever-growing French and Spanish Clubs, so come and join the fun!

Annette Hicks Angelica Galindo

Adriana is a Polish native who is a very experienced teacher for LCF having worked in several areas for around 7 years. As well as teaching in clubs, she teachers in school PPA time as well.

Charlie has lived and worked in many French-speaking countries across the continents and has previously taught English as a foreign language. She is now teaching French in school for us.

Annette is an experienced teacher of French and Spanish and also runs her own club franchise in Stockport/Chesire areas. She teaches in clubs for us and has previous experience in secondary school.
