1. Class Attendance:

Students are encouraged to attend all classes to maximize their learning experience. If a student is unable to attend, they should notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy:

Once booked, we will unfortunately be unable to refund any sessions if you are absent or unable to make the class. However, you are entitled to request a cancellation of the booking within 14 days if you have not started receiving the tuition. 
Under some circumstances at our discretion, for example long term illness, caring responsibilities and bereavement, we will consider a refund of remaining sessions if a request is made in the middle of a term. 

3. Class Rescheduling:

If a class needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified at least 24 hours in advance. The rescheduled class will be offered at the same time and location where possible. 

4. Class Materials:

Students are responsible for bringing necessary materials, such as notebooks and writing instruments. Any additional materials required for the class will be provided by the instructor unless previously advised. 

5. Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class at the teacher's discretion. 

6. Health and Safety:

Students should adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place, especially in light of any ongoing health concerns.
7. Feedback:

As this is a pilot class, one of the terms of attending at the cost we are providing these lessons, is that students will commit to providing LCF with feedback about the course and the value. Students will be asked to provide feedback via online form at regular intervals, and if any student is digitally excluded or cannot provide feedback online, we will offer a paper alternative. 

8. Complaints:

If for any reason you have a concern or complaint about the quality of the lessons provided or anything else, please contact us without haste at chris@boltonlanguages.co.uk. Complaints will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within 72 hours and an indication of how we will respond.
