Exciting news - we are hoping to start some brand new out-of-school French and Spanish Clubs in Bolton at St James' Church Parish Centre, Breightmet and in Bury at Boomerang Play Centre.
The clubs will be for primary-aged children between 4 and 10yrs and open to all abilities. The taster session will be aimed at beginners, but if there is a good uptake there is potential to split the groups by abilities.
These clubs will take place on weekday late afternoons after school time, and may run back to back in Bolton, and on separate days in Bury (due to the venue not being able to be open late).
In our fun clubs, children will have so much fun learning the language in a relaxed atmosphere, with some of our fun songs, games and stories. Our activity sheets also help the children consolidate what they have been learning and bring something home to help parents understand what has been taught in that week or block. We really emphasise the fun element of our clubs, which is why in most cases, children that start with us early, stick with us for as long as they can!
If these venues are not close to where you live, don't forget we offer Online French Clubs for Key Stage 2, plus another club for 10-14yr olds on Zoom - these are also aimed at quick-learning beginner-intermediate learners who have taken a keen interest in French. Ideal for those who are unable to learn French at high school but would love to learn the language. We can also refer you to other LCF teachers if you would like to learn Spanish online - please contact us about this if you are interested.
